Marinate the chicken
Marinate the chicken with garlic, chili sauce, honey, soy sauce, fish sauce, seasoning powder, sugar, chili powder, and oyster sauce.
Wrap it with plastic wrap and marinate for half a day.
After marinating, place the chicken in a mold and brush the sauce over the surface of the chicken.

Grilled Chicken
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius, with both top and bottom heating (turn on the convection fan if available) for 10 minutes.
