How to make Matcha latte with green tea jelly

Make the jelly
Sift 1 teaspoon of matcha powder, then dissolve it in 80 ml of warm water. Next, mix 1 teaspoon of jelly powder with 1 tablespoon of sugar (adjust according to taste).
Add the jelly mixture to the pot with 500 ml of drinking water and the dissolved matcha powder. Cook the mixture until it boils, stirring continuously to dissolve the jelly powder completely. Then, pour the mixture into the mold and wait for it to set.

Making Matcha Latte
Dissolve 2 teaspoons of matcha powder in 100 ml of warm water. Then add the matcha mixture to 250 ml of unsweetened fresh milk, using a hand blender or a coffee frother to create foam.
Cut the green tea jelly into bite-sized pieces.

Final Product
Finally, add the green tea jelly to the glass, then pour in the frothed matcha milk, adding whipped cream as desired to enhance the flavor.
