Prepare the corn
Choose young sticky corn ears, pinch the kernels to see if they are soft, peel off the husk and silk, and wash clean. Use a knife to grate the corn kernels off the cob.
Boil the corn cobs with 1 liter of water over medium heat for 20 minutes.
After 20 minutes, remove the corn cobs, add the grated corn kernels, and continue to cook for another 20 minutes or until the corn is soft enough to eat.

Cook the corn sweet soup
Dissolve 4 tablespoons of corn starch in half a cup of water.
Add the corn starch mixture to the sweet soup pot.
Wait for the soup to boil, then add sugar and salt, depending on your preference you can add more or less sugar.
