Tips for choosing good beef
- To choose good beef, you should select meat that has a bright red color, fine texture, a fragrant beef smell, small white tendons, and bright yellow fat.
- Avoid buying large and tough cuts. If you press the beef and it does not stick to your hand and has no foul smell, it is good beef. Dark red meat with dark yellow fat and large texture indicates old beef.
- Female beef is usually tastier than male beef. The best is still the young beef because it is tender, with white fat and fine texture.
How to make Instant Noodle Hamburger

Prepare beef and pork fat
Wash the beef with diluted salt water, then cut it into thin slices, add the pork fat, and mince it together with the beef.
