Fried tofu with egg is a familiar dish for many families. Making this dish seems simple and easy, but to achieve golden tofu slices that remain crispy for a long time without breaking, a few secrets are needed.

How to cook Fried Tofu with Egg

  • Cut the tofu

    Cut the tofu into small slices, then sprinkle a little salt on top to enhance the flavor. At the same time, crack the eggs and beat them.

  • Dipping Tofu in Batter

    Dip each slice of tofu in egg, then place it in a plate of crispy batter, dip it in another layer of egg quickly and then into a plate of breadcrumbs.
