Prepare seafood
Shrimp peeled, washed clean, then diced.
Proceed to wash squid with white wine and a few smashed ginger slices, gently squeezing to make the squid cleaner, then rinse with clean water. After that, cut into round slices.

Prepare the vegetables
Remove the seeds from the bell pepper and cut it into small cubes. Put a pot of water on the stove, bring it to a boil, then add the corn and boil for about 5 minutes, then remove and drain.

Sauté the seafood
Add cooking oil to the pan, sauté minced garlic until fragrant, then add shrimp and squid, along with 1 teaspoon of salt. Stir-fry until the shrimp and squid are cooked, then turn off the heat.

Add the filling to the dough
Use a round plate upside down as a mold to cut the base of the dough into a round shape. Make sure the base fits the rice cooker. Cut parchment paper into a round shape and place it under the base of the dough.
