How to make Dry Cooker Raisin Bread

Mix the dough
Put 250gr of all-purpose flour, 100gr of sugar, and 10gr of instant yeast into a large bowl, and mix the ingredients well.
Add 100ml of fresh milk and mix until the mixture is combined.
Next, add 1 chicken egg and mix once more.
Tip to check if the yeast is still active: Yeast that is not stored properly can become weak or die. To check if your yeast is still active, put the yeast in a bowl of warm water. After about 5 minutes, if you see bubbles forming on the surface of the water, your yeast is still good to use.

Knead the dough
Use your hands to knead and mix the dough evenly until it forms a smooth ball, then add 80g of unsalted butter.
Next, add 100g of raisins and mix the mixture well.
Knead until the butter is fully incorporated into the dough, which becomes soft, elastic, smooth, and non-sticky, and can be stretched into a thin layer.
Tip:
If the dough is a bit dry, you can gradually add a little unsweetened fresh milk!

Let the dough rise
Cover the dough tightly and let it rise for about 1 – 2 hours until it doubles in size. The dough will rise faster in warm weather and slower in cold weather.

Roll and shape the bread
After the rising time when the dough has doubled, take it out.
Sprinkle some flour on the table to prevent sticking, then flatten the dough in your hands, fold it, rotate it 90 degrees, and fold again. Do this a few times to make the surface of the dough smooth.
Divide the dough into 3 equal parts, then roll them into round shapes for the bread.

Bake the bread using an air fryer
Preheat the air fryer for about 10 minutes at 160 degrees Celsius.
Place the bread in the air fryer and bake for 20 minutes at 160 degrees Celsius, remove the bread and spray a little water on the surface to prevent cracking.
Then put the bread back to bake for an additional 5 minutes at 160 degrees Celsius to ensure the bread is fully cooked.
