Papaya 3 pieces Fermented bean sauce 100 gr Brown sugar 200 gr Cucumber 2 pieces Salt 2 tablespoons Rice flour 1 tablespoon Shredded papaya 1 piece Shredded carrot 1 piece

How to choose crunchy, delicious papaya

  • You should choose ripe papayas that are light yellow and have a sticky stem, so when shredded and soaked in fish sauce, they will be crunchier.
  • Opt for papayas that are elongated or round with a green skin and yellow speckles. When held, the papaya should feel firm and sturdy.
  • Avoid papayas with many unusual black spots on the surface, which feel soft or leak water when touched.

How to store vegetarian fish sauce

  • To keep it for a long time, after completion, take a serving of fish sauce for the meal, and place the remainder in a tightly sealed glass jar and store it in the fridge refrigerator. Remember to use clean chopsticks to avoid spoilage.
