How to Prepare Jellyfish Salad with Pork Belly

  • Prepare the ingredients

    Wash the jellyfish, cut into thin slices, and let it drain. You can also buy pre-prepared jellyfish at the supermarket.

    Boil water in a pot, add salt, and cook the pork belly until done, then remove it and slice it thinly. Peel the onion, chop it small, and peel and julienne the carrot.

  • Mixing salad

    Put all ingredients into a large bowl to mix the salad. Let it sit for about 30 minutes for the jellyfish, meat, vegetables, and bean sprouts to absorb the seasoning.
