How to prepare Coconut Sticky Rice with Lotus Seeds

  • Soak the sticky rice and lotus seeds

    Put the sticky rice into a bowl with 1 teaspoon of salt and soak in warm water for 8 – 10 hours. Then, drain the rice to remove excess water.

    For dried lotus seeds, add 1 teaspoon of salt, soak in cold water for 3 – 4 hours, then drain to remove excess water.

    Mix the lotus seeds and rice together, then add 1 teaspoon of salt and stir well.
