How to Make Peanut Butter Smoothie

  • Blend the peanut butter mixture

    Add 75ml of whipping cream, 75ml of unsweetened almond milk, 2 tablespoons of peanut butter, 2 tablespoons of peanut powder, 10gr of protein powder, 1 teaspoon of maple syrup, 1/6 teaspoon of salt, and a little ice into the blender.

    Then, cover the lid, start the machine, and blend the ingredients until smooth for 1 – 2 minutes. To make it easier to blend, you can crush the ice beforehand!
