Add 120ml of filtered water and 20gr of bread flour into the pot, place it on low heat, and stir continuously until it thickens.

Making the bread dough
Put 370 gr of flour, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, 30 gr of powdered milk, 70 gr of sugar, 7 gr of dry yeast, 30 gr of unsalted butter, 120 ml of unsweetened fresh milk, tazhong, and 1 chicken egg into a large bowl.
Mix the ingredients on low speed for 10 minutes. Stop for 5 minutes to let the dough rest.
Mix for another 25 minutes until the dough is elastic and not torn. Then let the dough rise (first rise) in a warm place for about 40 minutes.

Making the cheese filling
Put 150 ml of fresh milk, 80 ml of whipping cream, 1 tablespoon of sugar, 10 gr of cornstarch, 60 gr of cream cheese, 15 gr of powdered milk, and a little salt into a large bowl and mix well.
Place it on the stove, set to low heat and stir constantly, then add 3 pieces of cheese and 20 gr of unsalted butter to melt and mix well.
Pour the mixture into a glass container and then put it in the freezer to solidify.

Kneading the dough and shaping the bread
The risen dough is kneaded to remove all air bubbles, then divided into 3 pieces and rolled flat.
Place the cheese filling in the middle, wrap it tightly.
Brush butter into the mold (non-stick), place the shaped dough in, and let it rise for the second time for about 40 minutes.

Prepare the glaze mixture and bake the bread
Mix 10 ml of fresh milk with 1 chicken egg, and evenly spread it on the surface of the bread (after the second rise).
Bake the bread in the oven at 175 degrees Celsius for 30 minutes.
