Prepare the ingredients
You prepare a basin of diluted saltwater, then take the phoenix flower (remove the flower stem) and put it into the basin, soak for 10 minutes. Next, rinse with water and drain.
Similarly, soak the chicken thighs in diluted saltwater, rinse clean, and let drain. Then, shred the chicken thigh mushrooms into small, bite-sized strips.
