Ingredients for Iced Tea with Syrup For 4 people

Brewing tea
Rinse the teapot with boiling water to sterilize it.
Depending on the type of tea you are using, you should brew it accordingly:
If you use green tea, white tea, or light-colored oolong tea, you should brew the tea with hot water (about 75 – 80 degrees) to preserve the full flavor and color of the tea.
For types of tea such as black tea, dark oolong tea, or herbal tea, you need to use boiling water to extract all the essence.
For 250ml, you need about 6 – 7g of tea (or you can follow the ratio: tea equal to 1/4 of the pot, since you are making iced tea, brew the tea a bit stronger, the ice melting will balance the tea’s taste).
I use green tea, so I will use hot water (about 75 – 80 degrees) to brew the tea, pour hot water over the tea until submerged, let it sit for 5 seconds, then pour this water out to wash the tea. After that, pour hot water over the teapot until full, steep the tea for 2 – 3 minutes to extract the tea.
Tip: If you have mineral water, use mineral water to brew tea; the tea will taste much better.

Making iced tea
The most delicious iced tea will be brewed with a ratio of 2 water : 1 tea.
Add tea and filtered water into the pot, and when you drink, add ice cubes. If not used immediately, store the tea in the refrigerator to keep it cool.

Making Coffee Ice Cubes
Brew black coffee with a ratio of 1:10, using 30g of black coffee in a cup, dissolve it with 300ml of boiling water, stir well until the coffee is completely dissolved, then let it cool slightly.
Prepare an ice cube mold to make coffee ice cubes. When the coffee has cooled slightly, slowly pour it into the mold, place the tray in the freezer to let the coffee freeze into ice for about 3 – 4 hours depending on the freezer.
Tip: You can prepare this coffee portion in advance; when you want to drink it, just mix it with iced tea and it’s ready to use!

Completion
With the iced tea and coffee ice cubes prepared earlier, the final step is to add syrup to the tea and put in the coffee ice cubes.
For a 200ml glass of iced tea, add 30ml of sugar water and about 3 – 4 coffee ice cubes for the right strength; adding too much will overpower the tea flavor.
