How to make Cucumber Pig Ear Salad

Prepare the ingredients
Wash the pig ears with vinegar and salt.
Next, place the pig ears in a pot, add 3 bulbs of onion, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, 1/3 teaspoon of seasoning powder, then pour enough water to cover the pig ears to boil them until cooked and without odor.
Wash the onion and cut it thinly. Then, place the onion in a bowl and add 4 tablespoons of vinegar, 2 tablespoons of sugar, a little ice, and mix well. Soaking this way will reduce the pungency of the onion while still keeping its crunchiness, making the salad tastier.
Peel the shallots and wash them clean.
Chop the garlic and chili into small pieces, then mince them. Wash the Vietnamese coriander.
