How to Make Peanut Chocolate Candy

Clean the peanuts
Wash the peanuts thoroughly after purchasing. Then spread the peanuts on a towel to dry them.

Roast the peanuts
Place a pan on the stove and add 60g of peanuts to roast. Note to keep the heat low to prevent burning the peanuts.
After roasting for about 15 minutes, turn off the heat. Transfer the peanuts to a small basket and let them cool.
Once the peanuts have cooled, remove the shells by rubbing them between your hands. After finishing the shelling, proceed to split the peanuts into two halves lengthwise.

Melting chocolate
Use a knife to cut 40g of dark chocolate and 100g of milk chocolate into small pieces. Then place them in a bowl.
Pour 300ml of boiling water into a larger bowl. Then immerse the bowl of chocolate in the bowl of water for about 5 minutes.
After 5 minutes, take the bowl of chocolate out and stir it well.

Mixing candy and shaping small pieces
Add 0.2g of salt to the chocolate and stir well. Then add the roasted peanuts and continue stirring until the chocolate is completely smooth, then place the bowl in the refrigerator for 8 minutes.
Prepare a tray and line it with a piece of parchment paper, scoop 1/2 tablespoon of chocolate peanuts and place it on the tray.
Continue doing this until finished. Place the candy tray in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes for the candy to set.
