Make Scallion Oil
First, add 1 teaspoon of fish sauce and 1/2 teaspoon of seasoning powder into a bowl containing chopped scallions.
Heat a little cooking oil in a pan. Then, pour the oil into the bowl with scallions and mix well.

Making crispy rice
