How to cook Fried Chicken Cartilage with Fish Sauce

  • Boil chicken cartilage

    Put a pot of water on the stove, bring it to a boil, then add ginger, 1 tablespoon of salt, and put the chicken cartilage in to boil on low heat for about 15 minutes until cooked, then take it out into a bowl.

    From the chicken cartilage bowl: You add 1 teaspoon of salt, 1 tablespoon of sugar, starch, pepper, 1 chicken egg, mix well and marinate for 15 minutes.

    You place a pan on the stove, wait for the pan to heat up, then add 1 tablespoon of cooking oil, then add garlic and shallots, sauté until fragrant and golden.

    Then add 2 chopped chili peppers, 2 tablespoons of fish sauce, 2 tablespoons of chili sauce, 3 tablespoons of sugar, 1 teaspoon of salt, and the fried chicken cartilage, stir well for about 2 minutes.

    You add onions and scallions, stir well, then turn off the heat.
