Ginger 1 piece Chili 3 pieces Lemon 2 pieces Sugar 200 gr Fish sauce 150 ml MSG 1 teaspoon

How to choose fresh ginger

  • Fresh ginger is characterized by medium-sized roots, with a slightly rough outer skin, not too bright in color, having many branches and distinct veins.
  • Additionally, when breaking it, you will see the inner flesh has fibers and a bright yellow color.

How to make Ginger Fish Sauce

  • Prepare the ingredients

    Peel the ginger, wash it thoroughly, let it dry, and then slice it thinly with a knife.

    Put 200g of sugar, 150ml of fish sauce, 1 teaspoon of monosodium glutamate, and the minced ginger and garlic into a bowl.
