  • Prepare the Ingredients

    Buy pre-fileted salmon from the market, rinse the fish with diluted salt water, then rinse again with clean water.

    Take 1 orange, wash it, and cut it into thin slices; squeeze the juice from the other orange.

    Peel the onion, wash it, then cut half of it into thin slices and dice the remaining part. Peel and finely chop the garlic.
