How to make Grilled Pork Wrapped in Green Beans
-
Boil green beans
Wash the green beans, remove the string along the pod so they won’t be chewy when eaten. Then, put the green beans in a pot and boil them until cooked.
-
Meat Roll
After boiling the green beans and letting them cool, take a slice of pork belly or bacon and roll it with 4 – 5 pieces of green beans.
To keep the meat and green beans from separating when grilling, secure them with a clean toothpick.
-
Grill the Meat
Place all the meat rolls on a piece of aluminum foil to make grilling easier.
Melt the margarine in the microwave, then mix it with brown sugar.
Pour the brown sugar and butter mixture over the meat rolls.
Grill the green bean meat rolls in the microwave or oven at a temperature of 190 degrees Celsius for about 20 minutes, until the meat is cooked or firm.
-
Final Product
The meat is cooked, take it out of the microwave, place it on a plate, and enjoy it while it’s hot.
Soft and delicious green bean rolled meat, fragrant with the smell of butter and crunchy green beans, extremely appetizing.
