How to Cook Egg Pancakes

  • Prepare the Ingredients

    After buying green onions, wash them thoroughly and use a knife to cut off the roots. Next, chop the green onion leaves into small pieces.

    Wash the enoki mushrooms and let them dry, then chop them finely.

    Use a large bowl to crack 5 eggs into it, then gradually add the prepared green onions and enoki mushrooms and mix the mixture well. At this stage, if you want a richer flavor, you can season the mixture with 1/2 tablespoon of seasoning and a little sugar (to taste).

    If you do not season it, you can keep the original flavor of the pancakes and after frying, dipping them in chili sauce is also very delicious.
