How to Make Natural Colored Phuc Linh Cake

Prepare the Ingredients
Wash the pandan leaves thoroughly, then blend half of the pandan leaves with 20ml of water in a blender until smooth, then strain to obtain the juice and cook until done. Cut the remaining pandan leaves into pieces.
Soak the butterfly pea flowers in 20ml of warm water for about 10 minutes, then strain to obtain the juice and bring to a boil.

Sauté the Flour
Place a pan on the stove over medium heat. When the pan is hot, add 400g of tapioca flour and the cut pandan leaves, and stir-fry for about 5 minutes until dry.
Next, sift the flour and discard the dried pandan leaves.

Cook the coconut milk
You place a pan on the stove over medium heat, add 150ml of coconut milk, add 100gr of sugar and stir well for about 1 minute until the sugar dissolves, then turn off the heat.

Mix the flour
You add the cooked coconut milk to the fried tapioca flour, use gloves to knead evenly for about 2 minutes, then divide into 3 portions, keeping 1 portion intact.
