Flour 500 gr Beer 150 ml Squid 100 gr (sliced) Fish cake 100 gr (sliced or replace with small shrimp) Heinz ketchup 3 tablespoons Cajun seasoning a little Onion a little (sliced) Fresh parsley a little (dried) Salt 2 teaspoons Warm water 50 ml

How to make Pizza without baking powder

  • Kneading the dough

    Put 500g of flour and 2 teaspoons of salt into a container, then mix well.

    Next, add 150ml of beer and 50ml of warm water to the flour mixture, knead the dough until it is smooth and no longer sticky to your hands. Then let it rest for 2 hours for the dough to rise.

  • Rolling the dough

    After the dough has risen to 0.5 times its original size, divide the dough into 3 equal parts, and then roll the dough into a flat round shape.

    Next, use a fork to lightly poke the center of the dough to create texture for the pizza topping to stick.

  • Add filling

    First, spread a layer of Heinz ketchup evenly over the surface of the dough, then add onions, followed by squid and squid paste.

    After evenly covering the filling on the dough, sprinkle a little dried parsley and Cajun spice over the filling, then bake the dough for 30 minutes at 170 degrees Celsius.

    When the dough is fluffy and cooked through, take it out of the oven and decorate with a little parsley on top to finish.
