How to make Vegetarian Grilled Rice Paper

Prepare the ingredients
Soak the vegetarian ribs in water for about 3 minutes, then boil in hot water for 1 – 2 minutes. Rinse with cold water to reduce the smell. Drain and shred.
Cut tofu into small pieces and vegetarian sausage into thin slices.
Wash the green onions and chop them finely.

Make the filling
Heat a little cooking oil, add the shredded vegetarian ribs and fry until golden brown, then remove.
Next, sauté a bit of chopped green onions, add the tofu and stir-fry. Add a little vegetarian seasoning and a little sugar, stir well so that the tofu absorbs the seasoning, and when it firms up a bit, turn off the heat and transfer to a plate.
Then make the vegetarian beef jerky, add 1 tablespoon of vegetarian satay, 1 teaspoon of sugar, ½ teaspoon of vegetarian seasoning, 1 teaspoon of chili powder, and a bit of chopped green onions into the pan and stir well.
After that, add the vegetarian ribs and stir until the ribs absorb all the seasoning, become a bit dry and crispy.

Mix the batter
Add 80g of crispy frying flour and 100ml of unsweetened fresh milk (you can substitute fresh milk with coconut milk) into a bowl and mix until you obtain a thick mixture.
Next, add 1/2 tablespoon of satay for color and mix well until the mixture has a light yellow color similar to that of egg yolk.

Grill the rice paper
Place the rice paper in a non-stick pan and grill it over low heat.
First, sprinkle chopped green onions and batter evenly over the rice paper.
Then, add stir-fried tofu and vegetarian beef jerky evenly on top of the rice paper.
Finally, add vegetarian sausage, which can be arranged in a circular pattern for aesthetics.
Grill until the rice paper is very dry and crispy, then add chili sauce and mayonnaise, and the vegetarian grilled rice paper is ready to serve.
