Ingredients for Crispy Noodle Jelly For 2 people
Jelly powder 10 gr Sugar 200 gr Condensed milk 1 tablespoon Syrup 1 teaspoon (orange/blueberry/pineapple/strawberry)
How to make Crispy Noodle Jelly
-
Cook the jelly
Mix 200g of sugar with 10g of jelly powder evenly. Then, add 1 liter of water and the mixed jelly mixture into a pot, stirring well to combine.
Next, place the pot on the stove and continuously stir over medium heat until it boils.
Once the mixture boils, reduce to low heat and continue stirring for another 2 – 3 minutes before turning off the heat.
Tip for cooking jelly without clumps and without leaking: To prevent the jelly from clumping while cooking, you should dissolve and soak the jelly powder for about 20 minutes before cooking. This method will help the jelly avoid leaking after it sets. -
Pour the jelly into molds
First, tie the straws into a bundle so that it fits snugly in the size of a glass.
Next, scoop a ladle of jelly into the glass and then insert the bundle of straws, waiting about 10 – 15 minutes for the jelly at the bottom to set.
-
Making noodle jelly
To make milk noodles, mix 1 ladle of jelly water with 1 tablespoon of condensed milk. Then, use a syringe to inject the jelly inside the straw.
Do the same for the pineapple syrup, orange syrup, and blueberry syrup with a ratio of 1 ladle of jelly mixed with 1 teaspoon of syrup.
Finally, place this jelly in the refrigerator for 40 minutes to set.
-
Decorating the jelly
Once the jelly has set, take each noodle jelly from inside the straw and place them on a plate.
Next, add a little crushed ice, condensed milk, and strawberry syrup on top to finish.
-
Final Product
The eye-catching, attractive noodle jelly dish with many colors, each soft and chewy jelly strand blends with the creamy sweet, tangy, and refreshing syrup, extremely delicious.
