How to prepare pickled pig stomach with lemongrass and chili

  • Make the pickling sauce

    You put a pot on the stove, add 60 ml of fish sauce, 40 gr of sugar, 1 tablespoon of chili powder, bring to a boil, then turn off the heat to cool.

  • Prepare the pig stomach

    You put the pig stomach in a bowl, add 1 tablespoon of salt, 2 tablespoons of vinegar, and mix well, then rinse it clean with water.

    Then blanch it in boiling water for 2 minutes.

    Then wait for it to boil, reduce the heat and boil for 40 minutes.

    You can soak it for 1 hour and then serve it to your family for them to enjoy.
