How to Make Blueberry Syrup Soda

  • Mash Lemon and Mint

Prepare the shaker, add about 10 – 15 mint leaves and 1/2 lemon into the shaker. Use a muddler to mash the lemon and mint to create a fragrant and sour flavor for the soda.

Tip: If you don’t have a specialized muddler, you can also use a regular pestle, but make sure to wash it thoroughly before use to avoid retaining any odors on the pestle!

How to choose fresh blueberries

  • For fresh blueberries, you should choose reputable imported fruit stores or supermarkets to ensure the quality of the product!
  • Prioritize selecting fruits that are about the diameter of one finger, with a dark purple skin and a thin layer of powder on the outside.
  • You should not choose fruits that are bruised, soft, mushy, or leaking because these fruits have been stored for too long and no longer have a pleasant taste.
