Cabbage 300 gr Apple 1 piece Cucumber 1 piece Imitation crab 100 gr Roasted peanuts 1 tablespoon Mustard 1 teaspoon Honey 1 g Lemon juice 1 tablespoon Mayonnaise 1 teaspoon

How to prepare Cabbage Salad

  • Prepare the ingredients

    Soak the shredded cabbage in ice water for a few minutes. This step helps the cabbage become crisper. After soaking in ice water, drain the cabbage in a colander.

    Shred the cucumbers, imitation crab, and apples. Squeeze a little lemon juice over the sliced apples to prevent browning and keep them looking fresh.

    Put all the prepared ingredients into a bowl. Then add 2 tablespoons of mustard, 30ml of honey, a little salt, and mayonnaise (amount according to preference) and mix well.
