      You need to put into the spice grinder, 1 piece of dried ginger, 5 cardamom pods, 1/2 tablespoon of whole pepper, a little clove, and 1 stick of cinnamon.

    • Cook masala powder with tea and milk

      Place a pot on the stove, add 240ml of plain water, 1/2 teaspoon of masala powder, and bring to a boil for about 1 minute.

      Then add 2 teaspoons of black tea and simmer over medium heat for about 2 minutes, then add 240ml of unsweetened fresh milk, and continue to cook for another 3 minutes.

    • Strain the tea leaves

      After cooking, strain the masala tea through a strainer to collect all the pure essence. Once strained, pour the tea into a cup, and it is ready to enjoy.
