  • Clean the pork belly

    The pork belly you buy needs to be cleaned thoroughly to eliminate its smell.

    You place the pan on the stove and heat it, then add the cinnamon stick and star anise, stirring for about 2-3 minutes until hot. After that, pour in the fresh coconut water, and continue adding shallots and ginger to cook together.

    Next, you season the mixture step by step, using 500 ml of fresh coconut water, you need to add 1 teaspoon of sugar, 1 teaspoon of seasoning powder, 1/2 teaspoon of monosodium glutamate, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, a little ground pepper, annatto color, 3 teaspoons of soy sauce, and 4 teaspoons of malt syrup.

    Then continue to simmer the mixture until it boils and taste to see if it is to your liking, adjusting the seasoning as needed.
