How to Cook Minced Meat Watercress Soup

  • Picking and Washing the Vegetables

    After buying 300 gr of watercress, you remove the roots and old stems, keeping the leaves and tender stems. Then, wash thoroughly with water and soak in diluted salt water for 15 minutes.

    Next, cut the watercress into small pieces about the length of your pinky finger.

  • Wash and mince the meat

    With 50g of pork after purchasing, wash it thoroughly with water, then proceed to mince the meat.

    Tip: To save time, you can use a meat grinder to finely grind the pork instead of chopping it with a knife!

  • Cooking soup

    Turn on the pot on the stove, add 1 tablespoon of cooking oil, when the oil is hot, add chopped shallots and sauté until fragrant.

How to make Watercress Soup with Meatballs

  • Prepare the ingredients

    With 300g of watercress after purchasing, you should remove the roots and old stems, keeping the leaves and young stems, then rinse thoroughly 2 – 3 times with water.

    Next, clean 300g of pork, then put it in a grinder, grinding the meat twice to make it fine.

    Proceed to marinate the meat, adding it to a bowl with 1 teaspoon of garlic, 1/2 teaspoon of ground pepper, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, 1 teaspoon of seasoning powder, and 1 teaspoon of sugar, then mix well so the pork absorbs the spices for 10 minutes.

    Finally, take a small amount of marinated meat with just enough in your clean hand, which is lightly coated with a layer of cooking oil, then roll it into round balls.
