    Put the chopped green onions in a bowl, season with 1 teaspoon of salt, 1 teaspoon of monosodium glutamate, and 1 tablespoon of fish sauce.

    Place a pan on the stove, heat about 6 tablespoons of cooking oil until hot, then pour the oil into the bowl of butter onion and mix well with a spoon.

    Add 3 teaspoons of salt, 2 teaspoons of monosodium glutamate, 4 teaspoons of sugar, and 2 chili peppers into a bowl and use a pestle to grind them finely.
