Prepare the cabbage
After buying 300g of cabbage, use a knife to cut it into small pieces.
Next, place the chopped cabbage into a bowl, and gradually add 1 tablespoon of salt and a little water to soak the cabbage, soaking for about 1 minute.
After soaking, remove the cabbage and rinse it with clean water. Finally, drain the cabbage in a colander and let it dry.

First, use a knife to cut a piece of fried tofu into bite-sized pieces. Next, shred 100g of carrot into thin strands. Then, cut the cabbage into thin and small slices.
The vegetarian ribs, after purchasing, should be soaked in warm water for about 1 hour and then squeezed out the water. Next, tear 3 pieces of vegetarian ribs into medium-sized strands.

Place a pan on the stove and add a little cooking oil. Once the oil is hot, add the vegetarian ribs and fry over medium heat.
