    Put chia seeds into a bowl and soak them with 450ml of filtered water for 5 – 10 minutes until the chia seeds swell evenly.

    First, add 25g of grass jelly powder into a bowl to dissolve with 200ml of filtered water.

    Turn on the stove on medium heat, add 300ml of filtered water and 25g of rock sugar into a pot, stir well until the water starts to boil and the rock sugar is completely dissolved.

    Next, when the water boils, add the dissolved grass jelly powder, continue stirring until the grass jelly mixture boils again for about 7 minutes, then turn off the heat.

    Finally, pour the jelly into a small bowl, wait for it to cool down, then place it in the refrigerator refrigerator for the jelly to set for 2 hours.
