How to prepare Vegetarian Chicken Rolls with Mushrooms

  • Prepare the ingredients

    Soak the shiitake mushrooms in warm water for about 30 minutes until soft. Clean them and cut the mushrooms into small pieces.

    Soak the dried tofu skin in warm water for about 10 minutes until soft, then clean and cut into rectangular pieces.

    Wash the baro onions and chop them finely.

  • Make the sauce

    Heat a pan on the stove, then add 3 tablespoons of water, 3 tablespoons of sesame oil, 3 tablespoons of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of white wine, and 1 teaspoon of sugar, stirring well.

    Then add 2 tablespoons of oyster sauce and 1 tablespoon of chopped baro onion, stir well, then turn off the heat and let it cool.

  • Prepare the Ingredients

    Soak the oyster mushrooms in diluted salt water for 20 minutes, then rinse with clean water and let them drain.

    You add 4 tablespoons of sautéed mushrooms along with 1 tablespoon of tapioca flour into a bowl, mixing well so that the flour absorbs into the mushrooms.
