Green beans 300 gr Minced pork 200 gr Shrimp 100 gr Sweet corn 50 gr Minced shallots 2 tablespoons White wine 1 tablespoon Soy sauce 1 tablespoon Minced ginger 2 tablespoons Cooking oil 2 tablespoons Ground pepper 1 teaspoon Seasoning powder 1 teaspoon

How to choose fresh and delicious shrimp

  • Choose shrimp with a clear outer shell and still have a slight smell of seawater, not foul or fishy.
  • Choose shrimp that are slightly curved, firm to the touch but not unusually fat, with joints on the shrimp’s body not disjointed, and the head and body of the shrimp firmly attached to each other.
  • Avoid buying shrimp that have dark patches or inconsistent colors or are slimy.

  • Prepare the green beans

    Wash the green beans thoroughly, trim off the two ends, and leave them whole.

    Place a pot of water on the stove, add the green beans, turn on the heat, and bring the water to a boil to cook the beans. Boil for 3 – 5 minutes until the beans are just tender.

    Remove the green beans and soak them in cold water for about 3 minutes to cool them quickly and make them crispier.

    How to Choose Fresh Grated Snakehead Fish

    • Buy snakehead fish to grate yourself or purchase pre-grated fish from reputable stores or supermarkets to ensure safety.
    • Choose fish with pink flesh (it can be white, but it should be translucent white, not cloudy white or milky white).
    • Do not buy fish that is pale green in color as it has been left too long.
