  • Prepare and Marinate Pomelo Fish

    Using the fillet part of the pomelo fish, cut it into small pieces about 5 – 7 cm, then gradually add 1/2 teaspoon of MSG, 1/2 teaspoon of pepper, and 1 tablespoon of lemon juice to marinate the fish, allowing it to absorb the seasoning for 10 minutes.

    To remove the fishy smell, use a little salt mixed with water to soak the fish for about 15 minutes, then rinse thoroughly and cut into bite-sized pieces.
