  • Clean and boil the pork skin

    Soak the purchased pork skin in diluted salt water for 10 – 15 minutes. Next, use a knife to scrape off any slime and hair stuck on the surface of the skin, then rinse it several times with clean water and let it drain.

    Then, place a pot on the stove with 700ml of water over high heat. Once the water boils, reduce the heat to medium, and add the pre-prepared pork skin, boiling for about 20 minutes, then remove and let cool.

  • Prepare the Pork Skin
