How to make Crispy Lotus Seed Cake

  • Prepare the ingredients

    Peel the lotus root, wash it clean, slice it thinly (3mm), then soak it in a diluted vinegar solution to keep the lotus root whiter.

    Note: When you need to use the lotus root, just scoop it out and do not rinse it with water.
