How to Prepare Traditional Fig Salad

  • Prepare the ingredients

    Prepare a basin of water, then separate each fig from the bunch and soak them in the water to let the sap drain out completely.

    Once separated, slice each fig into pieces and put them in a basin of diluted salt water. Soak for about 20 minutes, then remove, rinse thoroughly, and let drain.

    Peel and finely chop or crush the garlic. Remove the stems from the chili, rinse, and then slice.

    Put the prepared figs into a bowl, then add sugar and seasoning powder, mix well and marinate for about 15 minutes.

How to prepare Pork Ear Salad with Fig

  • Prepare the ingredients

    Prepare a basin of water, then separate each fig from the cluster and soak them in water to let the latex drain out completely.

    Once separated, slice each fig into pieces and place them in a basin of diluted salt water. Soak for about 20 minutes, then remove, rinse thoroughly, and drain.
