How to cook Braised Snakehead Fish with Pepper

  • Prepare the snakehead fish

    After purchasing the snakehead fish, clean the scales, cut off the fins, gills, tail, and gut the fish, removing the intestines.

    Use diluted salt water to wash the fish, then rinse with clean water and let it drain.

  • Prepare the fish

    After buying the fish, you need to scrape off the scales, cut off the head, fins, tail, and gut the fish, removing the insides.

    Next, soak the fish in diluted salt water for about 10 minutes, rinse the fish with clean water, and then let it drain.

    Add 1/4 teaspoon of monosodium glutamate, 1/2 teaspoon of chili powder, 1/2 teaspoon of pepper, and 2.5 tablespoons of water, then stir well.
