  • Preparing garlic

    Separate 7 bulbs of garlic into individual cloves, then peel the garlic and rinse it under water once to clean off any remaining skin.

    Next, use a paper towel to dry the garlic, then use a knife to slice each clove into thin, even slices.

  • Sun-drying garlic

    After slicing the garlic thinly, place it on a stainless steel tray, spreading the garlic evenly across the surface of the tray.

    Then, sun-dry the garlic to let it dry out. Depending on the weather of each season, you can sun-dry the garlic for 3-4 sunny days.

    Separate the garlic into cloves and soak them in water for about 1 hour to make peeling easier.
