How to prepare Dried Snakehead Fish with Pork Belly

  • Prepare the dried fish and meat

    The dried fish is briefly blanched in boiling water for about 1 minute, then removed and gently washed with water, cleaning the fins, scales, and removing the entrails if any. Cut into small, bite-sized pieces.

    The meat is washed with diluted salt water, then use a knife to slice it thinly.

    Prepare a pot of boiling pot of water on the stove, place the bowl of meat in for steaming, and cover tightly for about 45 – 60 minutes.
