How to choose fresh and delicious giant river prawns
- You should choose prawns with a transparent shell that still has a slight smell of seawater, not a fishy smell.
- Fresh prawns that are not pumped with chemicals have slightly curved, firm bodies but are not unusually plump, the shell joints on the prawn body are flexible, and the head of the prawn is tightly attached to its body.
- Do not buy prawns that are slimy when lifted, and have a body that has curved into a circular shape instead of being straight as usual.

How to prepare green river shrimp with garlic butter sauce

Prepare the ingredients
Wash the shrimp with diluted salt water, then rinse again with clean water and let it drain.
Clean the garlic, peel it, and chop it finely.

Sauté the garlic
Place a pan on the stove and add 2 tablespoons of cooking oil, heating it over medium heat.
When the oil is hot, add the chopped garlic and sauté it for about 3 minutes until golden and crispy, then transfer the garlic to a strainer to drain excess oil.

Green lobster sauce with butter and garlic
You pour the fresh oil used to sauté the garlic into the pan and add the lobster, stir briefly over medium-high heat for about 1 minute until the lobster is just cooked, then transfer to a plate.
Use another pan and add 1 tablespoon of oil and 2 tablespoons of butter, heating over medium heat.
When the butter is completely melted, add 1 teaspoon of seasoning, 1/2 teaspoon of monosodium glutamate, 1/2 teaspoon of fish sauce, 1 teaspoon of sugar, and 2 tablespoons of water, then pour the lobster in and stir-fry with the seasonings for about 2 minutes until the lobster is cooked.
Next, add half of the fried garlic to the pan and stir well with the lobster, then turn off the heat.
Transfer the lobster to a plate, decorate as you like, then sprinkle the remaining fried garlic on top and enjoy!
