How to Make Fried Mushrooms with Pepper

  • Prepare the mushrooms

    Use a knife to scrape off the dirt around the mushroom stems, then soak them in diluted salt water for about 15 minutes and rinse with clean water. Cut the mushrooms into bite-sized pieces and let them drain.

    Clean the green onions, removing any damaged leaves and roots, then chop finely. Remove the stems from the chilies and wash them. Peel and crush the garlic.

  • Preparing and marinating the mushrooms

    Use a knife to scrape off the dirt sticking to the mushroom stems, then wash them thoroughly, soak the mushrooms in diluted saltwater for about 15 minutes, then take them out and rinse with water. If your mushrooms are large, you can cut them in half or into quarters depending on their size.

    After preparation, the mushrooms will be marinated with 1 teaspoon of salt, 1.5 teaspoons of salted shrimp, 1 teaspoon of sugar, and 1/3 teaspoon of monosodium glutamate, mixed well and marinated for about 10 minutes for the mushrooms to absorb the seasoning.
