How to Make Vanilla Ice Cream

Soak the gelatin
Put 6g of gelatin in a bowl and soak it in 30ml of water for 10 minutes.

Make the cream mixture
Pour 400ml of fresh cream into a bowl and use a mixer to whip the mixture until it becomes fluffy. Add 50g of condensed milk and 1 teaspoon of vanilla to the cream mixture and continue to whip until well combined.
Add the gelatin and mix again using the mixer.
Pour the cream mixture into a glass bowl and place it in the freezer for 8 hours.

How to Make Matcha Ice Cream

Make the matcha mixture
Place a pot on the stove, add 100ml of fresh milk, and heat over medium heat.
Sift 20gr of matcha powder into a bowl, wait for the milk to cool, then add the milk to the bowl containing the matcha and use a whisk to mix the mixture well.

Make matcha ice cream
Add 240g of condensed milk to the matcha mixture, then use a whisk to mix well. Strain the matcha mixture through a sieve.
Add 400ml of whipping cream into a bowl, and use a hand mixer to whip it until fluffy.
Add the matcha and continue mixing with the hand mixer until well combined.
Place the matcha ice cream in the freezer for 3 hours, then take it out and mix well. Continue to freeze for another 2 hours and take it out to mix again (mix for about 3 minutes). Place the ice cream in the freezer for an additional 2 hours to finish.
