Prepare the ingredients
Wash the beef, cut it into thin slices suitable for eating, and place it in a bowl.
Peel the onion, wash it clean, then cut it into wedges about 1/2 finger joint thick.

Stir-fried beef with onions
Add the beef to a pan along with 1 tablespoon of cooking oil, 1 teaspoon of seasoning powder, 1/2 teaspoon of monosodium glutamate, and 1 teaspoon of salt. Stir-fry over high heat for 1 minute until the beef is browned, then add 4 tablespoons of water and stir-fry for about 2 minutes until the water reduces. Then transfer the beef to a plate.
Using the same pan, add 1 tablespoon of cooking oil and heat it, then add the onions and stir-fry for about 1 minute. Season with 1 teaspoon of seasoning powder and stir-fry over high heat for about 2 minutes.
