    Wash the fillet beef with salt water to eliminate the fishy smell, then rinse it 2 – 3 times with clean water and let it drain.

    Wash the okra and then cut off the ends and slice them in half lengthwise.

    Add the beef along with 1 teaspoon of sugar, 1 teaspoon of seasoning, 1/2 teaspoon of monosodium glutamate, 1 teaspoon of minced garlic, 2.5 teaspoons of satay, 2 teaspoons of barbecue sauce, and 1 tablespoon of cooking oil into a bowl.

    Mix well so that the beef is evenly coated with the seasoning, then add the okra, mix well and marinate together for 10 minutes.

    First, take the lemongrass stalk, use a pestle to crush it and shred it thinly.

  • Prepare the ingredients

    To eliminate the fishy smell from the beef fillet, soak it in diluted salt water mixed with 1 teaspoon of lemon juice for about 2 minutes, then rinse it twice with clean water.

    Next, place the beef fillet on a plate and add in order: 1/2 teaspoon of monosodium glutamate, 1 teaspoon of seasoning, 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, 1/2 tablespoon of fish sauce, and 1/2 tablespoon of minced lemongrass.

    Then mix well and marinate for about 30 minutes to let the meat absorb the spices.
