How to Make Grilled Beef with Salted Egg Sauce

  • Prepare and Marinate the Beef

    Wash the beef tenderloin and cut it into bite-sized pieces about 5 cm long and 1.5 cm thick. Mix the beef with 1 teaspoon of monosodium glutamate, 1 teaspoon of seasoning powder, and marinate for about 30 minutes.
